I coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of machinery and technical systems – and take part on site myself when the project requires it. The goal is a solution that works in the production environment and is handed over with punch lists, documentation and non-conformances under control.

At the same time I keep the overview of suppliers, technicians and contractors through testing, acceptance and handover – with HSE and safe work activities as part of the daily coordination.

I have hands-on experience in site supervision and coordinating installations, suppliers and contractors in Denmark and internationally.
My work includes planning, technical coordination, problem-solving, quality inspections and punch lists. I am experienced in HSE, pre-task risk assessments, toolbox meetings and coordinating safe work on site. My practical background enables me to support installation activities directly and oversee progress through testing and final handover.

I coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of machinery and technical systems. My experience includes FAT, SAT, quality assurance and control (QA/QC), technical documentation, punch lists and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
I work closely with suppliers, technicians and project teams to resolve issues and support testing, acceptance and handover. My hands-on background helps me identify and address technical challenges throughout commissioning.

03 Expertise
I plan and coordinate FAT and SAT, including follow-up on test results, punch lists and non-conformance reports (NCRs). My experience covers pressure testing, load testing and technical documentation.
I coordinate third-party inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT), including radiographic testing (RT) and ultrasonic testing (UT) of piping and steel structures. My focus is on quality assurance and control (QA/QC), resolving non-conformities and ensuring documentation is ready for commissioning and handover.
I have experience with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), task risk assessments, toolbox talks and coordinating safe site activities.
My work includes CE marking, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), DNV requirements and ATEX-related solutions for machinery, offshore equipment and industrial installations. I coordinate technical clarifications, documentation, quality requirements, suppliers and approval bodies. I aim to address compliance requirements early in projects to avoid delays during approval and handover.
